Dr. Katie Moynihan joined the veterinary staff at Natick Animal Clinic in 2007. She grew up in the Berkshires in western Massachusetts. Ever since she was a child, she wanted to become a veterinarian, and she started working as an assistant at her local veterinary hospital when she was 19. She graduated cum laude from Tufts University with her Bachelor of Science in biology in 1996, then moved out to Tufts’ North Grafton campus to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. Prior to coming to Natick, Dr. Moynihan worked in private small-animal practices around the Boston area, primarily in Brookline. Professionally, her interests include internal medicine and dermatology. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
When not working, Katie enjoys baking, gardening and reading. She lives with her husband, son, their dogs Edgar and Honey, and their cat Lampie.
