Dr. Melissa Dorr joined the staff at Natick Animal Clinic in August 2016. A New England native, she has been interested in veterinary medicine from a young age and began volunteering at Connecticut animal shelters and clinics in middle school. She graduated from Tufts University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in biology and completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tufts in 2014. After working in southern Massachusetts for two years, Dr. Dorr is happy to join the Natick team.
Dr. Dorr has a professional interest in internal medicine, pocket pets/exotics, and dermatology. In her free time, Melissa enjoys painting, cooking, and spinning wool in her home with her three cats: Logan, Hannah, and Gummy; and hiking and kayaking with her husband and dog, Kalea.
